This coffee is blended to ensure no matter who you're catering to, everyone will be impressed.

Christmas Vacation is a blend of three coffees: Costa Rica, La Pastora, Ethiopia, Guji - Natural, and Colombia, Chami. La Pastora is a staple of the Methodical line-up and provides the structure to this coffee that can hold up to cream, sugar, or even bourbon cream. We mixed this with naturally processed Ethiopian and Colombian coffees to add brightness and complexity. And when these coffees combined, it creates a well-rounded flavor profile of chocolate, cherries, and berries that is sure to bring in the holiday cheer.
